Momentum Data Systems Support System

To access the Support System, you must be a Registered User

If you requested a Registered User account, and if it was approved, your User ID and password should have been sent to you in an email with the subject "Welcome to the MDS Customer Support System".

Customers should login above using your email address as your User ID. System Agents should login using your Agent ID (not your email address).

New Customers and Forgotten Passwords:

If you do not have a Registered User Account yet, please fill in this web form to request one. We will try and set it up as quickly as possible.

Note: You must be an MDS customer to receive a Registered User support account (or, you must have special approval from someone at MDS if you are evaluating an MDS product, etc.). Please enter enough information on the webform so we can verify that you purchased an MDS product, or give us the name of a person at MDS that has approved you to get an account.

If you forget your password, and if you have a Customer type account, and not an Agent or Admin type account, you can make a guess at your password, above. You will then see another page with a "Forgot Password?" link. Use that link to have the system mail you a new temporary password, and then change it to a password that you like.

Note: The password for the Support System is the same as for the Download System, so if you change it for the Support System, it will automatically change for the Download System too (only if you are enabled for any software downloads, of course).

If you have an Agent or Admin type account, the "Forgot Password?" link will not appear. You can use this web form to request that we reset your password. Then, you can change your password using "MyPreferences" after you log in.
