Video switcher and scaler

The VPROC is an OEM module based on Sigma Design's (formerly Gennum) broadcast quality scaler/deinterlacer device. A full range of analog and HDMI input and outputs are available. Please see the datasheet for more information.

The VPROC provides up to 8 HDMI inputs, dual HDMI outputs, and can support CEC. Video resolutions up to 1080p are supported. High quality CVBS input is achieved by using a video decoder that supports a 3D comb filter. Component and RGB analog video are supported.

Acting as a HDMI repeater device, audio can be extracted from the incoming data stream and sent to an external audio decoder (such as MDS' DAE-6D and DAE-77 products) for support of the latest Dolby and DTS high bit rate format.
