This section lists video development platforms that are also available as "reference designs". A reference design package includes everything needed to manufacture and to modify the hardware, including schematic source, gerbers, bill of materials, and consulting assistance. Source code for board drivers and example/test programs is also included.

Momentum Data Systems has offered development boards, tools, and OEM services for the Philips Nexperia (previously called TriMedia) media processors since these devices were first announced by NXP Semiconductors (then Philips Semiconductors) in 1998.
